The Goldleaf Scientific Filter Reactor with Electric Lift makes every reaction easier. This unique design allows separation of the body and lid of the reactor by simply pressing a button. Now you can easily access the reactor body and remove any solids, perform cleaning, or perform maintenance. These reactors greatly speed up your processing and pay for themselves by reducing downtimes. If access to the vessel is important to your reaction process, a Goldleaf 10L Filter Reactor will remove the back pain from lab work.
A 10L filter reactor is a very versatile laboratory system. Single and double jacketed options create different advantages for each user. A single jacket reactor provides exceptional temperature control to create the ideal environment for your reactions. Adding an extra layer (to create a triple layered reactor) creates a vacuum insulated jacketed that improves a number of performance metrics, including improved temperature control, prevents losing energy to ambient environment, and prevents fogging or condensation on the glass that would decrease visibility.

10L Filter Reactor Applications:
- Liquid to liquid extraction (hexane/saline washes)
- Solid to liquid extraction (cannabinoid extraction with ethanol, heptane, etc)
- Chemical reactions (precise temperature/agitation control, and all surfaces and parts are glass or PTFE for optimal chemical resistance)
- Bulk heating/cooling (winterizing/dewaxing)
- Distillation (can distill your solvent, i.e. recover your ethanol)
- Steam distillation (for large scale terpene extraction)
- Crystallization (ideal for large crystal growth)
- Cryo-extraction (can withstand and hold very hot or cold temperatures)
- Mix/refluxing material (great for carbon scrubs or mixing absorbents)
UPGRADE to an Air Powered Motor or Explosion Proof electronics for use with flammable solvents
-Air Powered Motor (click for more info) operates via external air compressor so there are no electronics on the reactor skid
-Explosion Proof C1D2 Kit (click for more info) includes a sealed, C1D2 rated electric stirrer and control panel. Certified and safe for use with flammable solvents

High quality borosilicate glass for a strong body that is chemically compatible with most solvents. Heavy duty, thick wall glassware can handle freezing to hot temperatures.
PTFE Filter Plate. Choose your micron level of filtration using a filter plate with a tight seal preventing any pass through. Ptfe wetted material is chemically inert and safe to use with most volatile substances.
Your choice of ancillary equipment to fully customize your setup. Choose the glassware you want on top of the reactor for measuring, feeding, distilling, collecting, and more.
High torque stirring motor can handle any solution no matter how thick or viscous.
