10L Reactor, Jacketed with Lifting

The Goldleaf Scientific Reactor with Electric Lift makes every reaction easier. This unique design allows separation of the body and lid of the reactor by simply pressing a button. Now you can easily access the reactor body and remove any solids, perform cleaning, or perform maintenance. These reactors greatly speed up your processing and pay for themselves by reducing downtimes. A 10L reactor is a very versatile laboratory system. Single and double jacketed options create different advantages for each user. A single jacket reactor provides exceptional temperature control to create the ideal environment for your reactions. Adding an extra layer (to create a triple layered reactor) creates a vacuum insulated jacketed that improves a number of performance metrics, including improved temperature control, prevents losing energy to ambient environment, and prevents fogging or condensation on the glass that would decrease visibility.

10L Lifting Reactor Applications:

• Liquid to liquid extraction (hexane/saline washes)
• Solid to liquid extraction (cannabinoid extraction with ethanol, heptane, etc)
• Chemical reactions (precise temperature/agitation control, and all surfaces and parts are glass or PTFE for optimal chemical resistance)
• Bulk heating/cooling (winterizing/dewaxing)
