Goldleaf Glass Distillation Reactor Systems are made with the ideal chemical resistant borosilicate glassware and ptfe seals and a temperature range up to 240°C. Engineered for a user friendly and efficient performance with a sturdy, easy to assemble stainless steel frame and digital stir controller for precise RPM's.

Double jacketed, triple layer batch distillation reactor with insulated outer layer and inner layer for recirculating heater. Kits come with a strong heater to distill your desired solvent. Powerful recirculating chiller for your condenser easily collects the distilled solvents. Diaphragm pump pulls to deep vacuum, lowering boiling points of your solvent for easier distillation. Sturdy stainless steel frame holds everything in place with a motorized lift for easy cleaning, preventing contamination.

Custom reactor options available; change joint sizes, design condensers, and create manifolds that perfectly fit your facility.
