Dk30 Flow Through Homogenizer

 High capacity “flow through” homogenizer chamber. Add this upgrade to your current X1000D setup to reach a flow of 2,000 Liters per hour. Flow through the chamber pulls the liquid solution over the rotor stator homogenizer for a high shear mixing process. Quickly run through large amounts of liquids without having to break down batches for benchtop mixing. 

How to use

This is an UPGRADE chamber that attaches to an X1000D Homogenizer with a G20 shaft. Set up your homogenizer, choose your shaft, and add the DK 30 to the end and create a flow through homogenizer. Solution must be liquid enough to easily flow to the chamber, be sure to heat viscous oils for easy flow.
