Dk40 Flow Through Homogenizer

Industrial or large commercial capacity “flow through” homogenizer. Add this upgrade to your current X1740 setup to reach a flow of 80 Liters per minute. Flow through the chamber pulls the liquid solution over the rotor stator homogenizer for a high shear mixing process. Efficient operation for homogenizer large amounts of solution for chemical and industrial purposes. . 

How to use

This is an UPGRADE chamber that attaches to an X1740 Benchtop Homogenizer with a G40 shaft. Set up your homogenizer, choose your shaft, and mount the homogenizer to the DK40 plate to create a “flow through” homogenizer. Solution must be liquid enough to easily flow to the chamber, be sure to heat viscous oils for easy flow.
