Jacketed Receiver Bottle

Jacketed receiver bottles are used to actively heat or cool your material and are sealed and can be used for inert gas backfilling and oxygen free work (special adapter required, please contact us)

These bottles are great for working with volatile samples which would off-gas or boil at reduced pressures or ambient temperatures. This keeps your fractions from cross contaminating and maintains higher vacuum and a cleaner system.

They can also be used to heat your material to a uniform temperature whereas heating standard beakers on a hotplate can create a large temperature differential between the bottom and the top. Jacketed receiver bottle are much safer to use at high temperatures. An additional vacuum jacket can also be customized for extreme high/low temperatures to insulate the fluid jacket.
