T6 Homogenizer Disperser Shaft
The Goldleaf dispersing tools and generators have unique slanted rotor slots for fast processing and improved mixing turbulence. The dispersing tools are interchangeable and they can be used under vacuum or pressure and with abrasive materials. Rotors and stators are exchangeable so you can switch blade types without purchasing a new shaft.
All Goldleaf disbursing shafts have the same coupling system, allowing all the drive motors to accept any choice of suitable shafts.
Dispersing tools are sold complete with rotor and stators as F (fine viscosity), N (neutral viscosity), V (high viscosity) and M (knife version) types. Different rotors and stators are available to interchange. Replacement rotors and stators are available for all types of dispersing tools such as
T-6 for use with X120 and X1000 Homogenizer
T = Shaft with PTFE bearing. This shaft type is used for standard application. (For liquid media like water, oil, etc.) Depth of immersion =250mm
Disbursing shafts have the same coupling system, allowing all the drive motors to accept multiple sizes of disperser shafts.
Motor Drive | Compatible Shafts |
X120 | 6mm, 10mm 17mm |
X1000D | 6-20mm |
X1740 | 30mm, 40mm |
The viscosity of the fluid should be used to determine the type of disperser to use.
See out table below or our shaft selection guide here
F=fine and should be used with light fluid such as water |
N=neutral viscosity and can be used for water and light oils |
M=blade type is particularly suited for shearing and creating emulsions |
V=viscous and should be used for heavy and viscous fluids |
Dispersing tools are sold complete with rotor and stators. Rotors and stators can be changed which can convert the shaft for other applications i.e convert a viscous shaft to a fine shaft. Replacement rotors and stators are available for all types of dispersing tools such as.
- V-Disperser= V-Rotor + V-Stator
- F-Disperser= F-Rotor + F-Stator
- N-Disperser= F-Rotor + V-Stator
- M-Knife Disperser= Rotor M + Stator M
